Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to membership fees paid to PRO GYM (a proprietorship firm, proprietor: Pranav Patil), whose registered/operational office is at Kalamba Rd, Dadu Chougule Nagar, Survey Nagar, Kolhapur, Maharashtra 416007, India, whether paid at the gym or online on our website progym.co.in. PRO GYM believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a fair refund policy, set out below.
When you are eligible for a refund
- Membership not yet started: if you cancel a membership before its start date (see our Cancellation Policy), the full amount paid is refunded.
- Duplicate or excess payment: if you were charged twice for the same membership, or paid more than the amount due, the extra amount is refunded in full.
- Failed transaction: if money was debited but the payment failed or was not recorded against your membership, the amount is either credited to your membership or refunded in full.
When refunds are not given
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has started, including for unused days or if you stop attending.
- Memberships suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms & Conditions are not refunded.
In case of a medical condition that prevents you from training, supported by a doctor's certificate, you may request a membership freeze. Freezes are approved at the gym's discretion.
How to request a refund
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email (details below) with your registered mobile number, the payment date, amount and the payment/transaction ID shown on your receipt. We will respond within 2 working days.
Refund timelines
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet). Payments made in cash at the gym are refunded in cash or by bank transfer.
- Once processed, your bank may take a few additional working days to show the credit in your account.
- Amounts debited for failed online transactions are usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
